【業務概要】 バーチャルプロダクションのフォトグラメトリテクニカルディレクターを募集します。チームメンバーと連携しながら高品質な背景アセットの制作業務を担当して頂きます。 Reporting to the Head of Virtual Production, VFX Supervisors and Senior Environment Artist. Photogrammetry TD will work within the team to provide high-quality environment assets for a variety of projects. 【業務内容】 •最新技術や最新ソフトを使用したフォトリアリスティックな背景制作(セットエクステンション、3D背景、小道具など） •ライティング、テクスチャリング、アセット制作、モデリング、シェーディングにおける基本業務 •ドローンを使用したデータ収集 Primary Responsibilities • Create photorealistic set extensions and 3D digital environments and props using latest photogrammetry, software and techniques. • Be responsible for basic work in lighting, texture, creation, modeling and shading. • Using drone where necessary to collect data. • Knowledge of pipeline optimization a plus. |
| 応募資格 Qualifications |
【必須スキルと経験】 •VFX業界またはAAAゲームにおける2年以上のアセット制作経験 •実写クオリティのデジタル背景制作スキル •モデリングソフトウェア（Maya、zBrush、 Topogunなど）の専門知識 •Leica RTC 360 スキャナーとcycloneの使用経験 •リアルタイムでのリトポロジー技術、データ最適化の知識 •パイプラインの最適化に関する知識のある方大歓迎 •限られたスケジュールの中で他のアーティストと協調しながら取り組む意欲のある方 •タスク管理に優れ、円滑なコミュニケーション力のある方 Skills and Experience • A minimum of 2 years experience in the VFX industry or AAA gaming asset creation. • Proficiency in creating completely believable, feature-quality digital environments. • Strong knowledge of modeling softwares, Maya, zBrush, Topogun, etc. (or comparable software) • Experience using Leica scanners RTC 360 and cyclone. • Knowledge of retopology techniques and data optimizations for real-time. • Proven ability to work closely with other artists under tight production schedules. • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. |
