【業務概要】 VPステージ・テクニシャンとして、大型LEDウォールディスプレイ、ネットワーク、 映像配信システムの監視、運用を担当します。クライアントのプロジェクト、撮影日以 外のメンテナンス、社内の研究開発プロジェクトなど、日々のテクニカル・システムの 運用とメンテナンスを指揮します。 As a VP Stage Technician, you will be responsible for the monitoring, and operation of large format display LED volumes, networking, and video distribution systems. This role involves heading up the day-to-day operation and maintenance of technical systems, whether working with the team on a project for a client, maintenance on non-shoot days, or in-house research and development projects. 【業務内容】 •バーチャル・プロダクションステージを拠点とし、システム、サーバー、デスクトップ、高性能コンピューター、ストレージ、ネットワーク、プロセッシング・ユニットなどのテクニカル・オペレーションを含む、撮影現場におけるあらゆるテクノロジーのサポートを担当する。 •既存のワークフローとシステムの最適化 •ソフトウェア開発チームやR&Dチームと緊密に連携し、新しいシステムを導入する。 •IT部門と地域のサードパーティーベンダーとの主要な連絡役を務める。 •撮影中またはレンズ交換の間にキャリブレーション ワークフローを実行する為に、現場撮影クルーと連携 •トラッキングシステムとLEDウォールのキャリブレーション、及び新しいトラッキングオブジェクトのキャリブレーションをサポートし、キャリブレーション時のトラブルシューティングを実行（問題解決を図る） •VPスーパーバイザー、オペレーター、技術者等、各スタッフと連携してトラッキングまたは、一般的なsystemの安定性を実現させる •技術的な問題のトラブルシューティング、解決策を見出し、トラッキングシステムとワークステーションのスムーズな操作の構築 •ICVFXトラッキングテクノロジーの最新の開発と最善の方法を常に把握し、バーチャルプロダクションワークフローの品質と効率の向上 【Key Responsibilities】 •Based at the virtual production stage, responsible for supporting all technology on-set including technical operations of systems and servers, desktops, high-performance computers and storage, networks and processing units •Optimize existing workflows and systems •Work closely with our software development and R&D teams to implement new systems and tools •Serve as the primary liaison between IT and our third-party vendors in the region. •Collaborate with the camera department on set to carry out calibration workflows between takes or lens changes. •Assist with daily calibration of the tracking system and LED volume and calibration of new tracking objects; troubleshoot and resolve calibration issues. •Collaborating with the VP Supervisor, other operators, technicians and crew to achieve tracking or general systems stability quality assurance. •Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation of tracking systems and workstations. •Staying up to date with the latest developments and best practices in ICVFX tracking technology to enhance the quality and efficiency of Virtual Production workflows. |

【経験と資格】 •LEDボリュームとバーチャルプロダクションの操作経験 •LEDボリュームのアーキテクチャの理解（メディアサーバー、システム配線） •カメラやリアルタイム技術など、バーチャルプロダクション技術についての知識 •ndisplayの理解、コンフィグの設定、ゼロポイントでのカメラトラッキング •Mosys Startrackerまたは同等のカメラトラッキングシステムの使用経験 •マルチユーザーセッション（コンピュータの同期） •UE内での起動と設定 •レンズエンコーダのカーブファイルの設定 •Premiere内のUEおよびLumetriのカラーIOを理解し、バーチャルアセットと実用的な前景セット装飾をマッチングする •UEシーン内でのステージの操作 •ライブ環境でのトラブルシューティングおよび技術的な問題の診断経験 •組織全体、あらゆるレベルの非技術系社員と効果的に仕事をする能力 •バーチャル‧プロダクション‧スーパーバイザー、エンジニア、技術者との効果的なコミュニケーションとチームワーク。 •LEDとAVシステムのシームレスな統合を保証する、細部への細心の注意。 •急速に進化するバーチャル・プロダクションの世界において、適応力があり、新しい技術やテクニックを学ぶ意欲があること。 •メンテナンス、故障、ダウンタイム、必要な改善点の文書化 •ワークフローを最適化するためのツールの作成、またはチームとの協議 【Experience and Qualifications】 •Experience operating LED Volumes and Virtual Production •Understanding the architecture of an LED Volume (media server, system wiring) •Familiarity with Virtual Production tools, such as cameras, and real-time technology. •Understanding of ndisplay, setting up a config, camera tracking with a zero point •Strong knowledge of Mosys Startracker or other comparable camera tracking systems •Multi-user sessions (syncing computers) •Launching and settings within UE •Setting up Curve files for lens encoders •Understanding color science with UE and other programs to color match virtual assets to practical foreground set decorations •Manipulating a stage within an UE scene •Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in a live environment •Ability to work effectively with non-technical employees across the organization and at all levels. •Effective communication and team work with Virtual Production Supervisors, engineers and technicians. •Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless integration of LED and AV systems. •Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and techniques in the rapidly evolving world of Virtual Production •Documenting maintenance, faults, downtime, and needed improvements •Create or talk with team to create tools for optimizing workflow |
