Sustainability Policy
The Toei Group has declared the mission of "fill the world with stories that bring people joy," and views the realization of a sustainable society and the enhancement of the Group's medium-to-long-term corporate value as inseparable goals. Accordingly, we will identify material issues (materiality) and work to address them.
Sustainability Promotion System
The Company has established an Internal Control Committee, Compliance Committee, Risk Management Committee, Harassment Committee, and Sustainability Committee under the Board of Directors. Within the Sustainability Committee, we have established a Human Capital Management Subcommittee, a D&I Promotion Subcommittee and a Subcommittee to Respond to TCFD Recommendations. Each of these committees reports regularly to the Board of Directors, and these reports are reflected in management decisions.
Toei Group Human Rights Policy
The Toei Group has established “Fill the World with Stories that Bring People Joy” as its mission. For the purpose of clarifying the way how human rights are perceived in the Toei Compliance Policy and all other norms, etc. regarding its business activities, the Group hereby establishes the Toei Group Human Rights Policy (the “Policy”). Under the Policy, all officers and employees of the Toei Group understand and recognize that the human rights of all stakeholders involved in the Group’s business activities will be respected in order to continue to create a variety of stories that provide colors to the world and the future.
Toei Group Transaction Policy
Toei Group Transaction Policy For the Toei Group to continue to create and deliver stories that nourish customers’ mind and contribute to the realization of sustainable society under its mission “Fill the World with Stories that Bring People Joy,” the cooperation of its suppliers is essential. Accordingly, the Company has established the Toei Group Transaction Policy in order to build a sustained partnership with its suppliers and to facilitate communication with them based on the Policy. The Group asks its suppliers to understand the purpose and content of the Toei Group Transaction Policy and to cooperate with the Group’s relevant initiatives.
