Compliance Guidelines

Toei's officers and employees confirm that the existence of the company is dependent on the understanding and cooperation of customers, shareholders, employees, business partners, and all other stakeholders, and establish the following Compliance Guidelines as basic principles of action.
  1. 1We will contribute to society by producing film and video content that inspires and entertains audiences, and providing services that satisfy customers.
  2. 2We will comply with laws, social norms, and other rules, and will not act in a way that will lead to criticism from inside or outside the company.
  3. 3We will work closely with outside parties to disclose information that society truly needs in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. 4We will pay attention to risk management and prepare for crises by establishing a system that does not overlook accounting risks, financial risks, or other incidental risks.
  5. 5We will manage information rigorously and take all possible measures to prevent the inadvertent leakage of customer information, personnel information, or other confidential information to the outside.
  6. 6We will pay attention to contact with local communities, contribute to communities as much as possible as a company, and pay due consideration to environmental conservation.
  7. 7We will ensure a safe workplace where employees can work comfortably, and will not engage in harassment that harms the dignity of individuals.
  8. 8We will not engage in inappropriate relationships with antisocial forces, and will not engage in any acts that violate the purport of relevant laws and regulations.
  9. 9In the event of any act that violates the above guidelines, we will strictly pursue responsibility, in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
