The Company shall acquire, hold and use personal information of employees, etc. (meaning exectives, employees, all other persons who engage in business operations of the Company’s group and persons who engaged therein in the past (retired persons).)

  • Tasks related to business communication
  • Tasks related to transfers, commendations, disciplinary measures and other matters regarding personnel management
  • Office work regarding labor management
  • Tasks regarding wages, bonuses, retirement money, corporate pension, etc.
  • Tasks regarding education and training
  • Tasks regarding welfare programs, etc.
  • Tasks regarding safety and hygiene, health management, etc.
  • Tasks regarding employment and social insurance
  • Tasks regarding taxes and social security and other matters based on applicable laws and regulations
  • Tasks regarding Toei Alumni Society
  • Tasks related to or incidental to the above items

2. Purpose of use of specific personal information of employees, etc. and their dependent relatives

The Company shall acquire, hold and use specific personal information of employees, etc. and their dependent relatives within the scope necessary for achieving the following purpose of use.

  • Office work regarding preparation, submission, etc. of withholding certificates
  • Office work regarding registration, etc. of employment insurance
  • Office work regarding health insurance and employee pension insurance notification, etc.
  • Office work regarding preparation of reports on employees’ savings schemes
  • Office work regarding preparation of reports on public pension, etc.
  • Office work regarding notification of tertiary insured person under the national pension, etc.
  • Office work regarding preparation of payment records for remuneration / compensation, fees, etc.
  • Office work related to the above items

The personal information management regulations of Toei Company, Ltd. shall apply to other matters not prescribed herein.
